By Placing a Listing with our website you have agreed to all our terms and conditions of use of the OZjobz web site and bound by them. 
You agree that you understand that this web is only servicing Remote and Regional Areas of Australia. (Anything outside major Australian Cities but within Australia)
You agree that you will not on behalf of yourself or your company place any ads that are offering services in another country outside Australia.
If you are from another country soliciting work for your business in a location outside of  Australia YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THIS WEB SITE.

Overseas spammers will be reported to The Australian Communications and Media Authority for further legal investigation.

Overseas Job Seekers are very welcome to use our free listings as long as you are looking for work in Remote and Rural Regions of Australia  (Anything outside major Australian Cities but within Australia).

Termination  

1.    You agree to our acceptable use and conduct while using OZjobz. You also agree that OZjobz can take your listings down without question if deemed as Spam | Inappropriate Material | Misconduct.

2.    OZjobz may with or without notice to you and at its discretion terminate your access to all or part of the Site without the need to provide reasons.

Respect for the Community
OZjobz listings are provides free listings with affordable options to upgrade your listings to stand out from the crowd.

OZjobz is for connecting remote and regional areas with others. We will be the sole arbiter of what is reasonable use, flooding categories, and may remove some or all of your ads, and in some cases ban you from our site if we are forced to investigate. OZjobz expects that its clients will use our service respecting the rights of others and not posting ad listings more than once. 

No warranty

1.         OZjobz provides the Service and the Site 'as is' and without any express or implied warranties.

2.         OZjobz makes no warranty about the accuracy or completeness of the Content on the Site or any third-party site linked from the Site.

3.         The User is legally responsible to satisfy itself through its own enquiries as to the condition or suitability of any item or service offered.

4.         Due to factors outside its control, OZjobz does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Site.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify OZjobz and its related officers from any claims and expenses (including legal costs) related to:
(a) your use of the Site or the Service;
(b) any Content posted by you or others; or
(c) your breach of these terms.

 Governing law
The Service is governed by the laws of Queensland.
 

Credits  in your OZjobz account.  Credits are only redeemable by placing ads on OZjobz.

Credits will not under any circumstances be redeemable as a cash payment or refund.
Once purchased these credits can only be used for Advertising, or  upgrades of optional Features on the OZjobz website 

Buyer & Seller Agreements  &  Delivery of goods.

1.       All delivery or pickup arrangements must be made between sellers/buyers, delivery could attract further charges payable by buyer or seller.

2.       Sellers and buyers are responsible for any licenses, registrations or any other form of approval for items bring sold/purchased, and payment of any fees associated.

3.       All users must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract, users that are not of the required legal age, are not permitted to use this website. 

4.       You must not list anything that is (a) inaccurate, false and misleading. (b) Prohibited content (reference Broadcasting Services Act 1992). (c) information which breaches the privacy act

5.       GST: All taxes that apply to the transactions of buying and selling are the responsibility of the sellers/buyers, and must be reported in the normal manner to the relevant authorities.

a.       Sellers
If you are selling an item on OZjobz and are required to be registered for and pay GST, please ensure that GST is included in the price of the item you are selling as all items that must include GST should be quoted with that amount included in the final price. Ie The price you quote is the price the buyer pays. You cannot add the GST amount on after someone bought your item. 

b.      Buyers
Any price you see in the classifieds listing area is inclusive of GST.

7.        (reference Privacy Act 1988)(Privacy Amendment Act 2004). (d) Stolen or illegal items. (e) Pornographic material. (f) Violate any other law or regulation which is applicable in your country.
